In addition to “classic” television projects, we have been increasingly active in software and IP-based systems in the tri-media environment (television, radio and internet distribution) for a number

of years and oversee the integration. To this end, we carry out agile projects more frequently and in close coordination with our customers and increase the presence required for this at the customer.

Our customers include large public broadcasters such as Norddeutscher Rundfunk, Südwestrundfunk, Westdeutscher Rundfunk.

We support our customers
mainly in the following scopes

  • Development of (new) workflows, usually based on an upstream process analysis
  • Advice before introducing new techniques; market analysis and feasibility studies
  • Advice on technical project implementation
  • Accompanying change management advice on the introduction of new techniques, especially with regard to the human or organizational dynamic side of change processes

  • In principle, all service phases of HOAI § 73, technical equipment, can be offered individually or as a complete package (from basic planning to implementation planning and object monitoring)
  • Preparation of tenders including description of services and list of services, if desired also evaluation of the offers and preparation of an award proposal
  • Creation of requirement specifications
  • Documentation creation and, if desired, complete administration of your documentation

  • Project management: Monitoring of execution from planning to acceptance of the project with regard to quality, deadlines and costs, including subcontractor control and coordination. Updating of the implementation planning and documentation. Checking the increases/decreases and participating in the update of the increased/decreased costs. Monitoring of rectification of deficiencies
  • Coordination and organization of training courses
  • Project support after acceptance: Monitoring and coordination of the rectification of defects during the warranty period. Property inspection before the end of the warranty period to identify defects and participation in the release of security deposits
